With more than 20 years of experience, Gautam helps individuals and families develop financial and investment strategies aligned with their goals, needs, and risk tolerance. He is committed to providing tailored advice, thoughtful portfolio management, and highly personal service.
Prior to founding Radiance, Gautam was a partner and portfolio manager at Brown Advisory and held senior roles at Highmount Capital, Arrowstreet Capital, and Capital Counsel LLC. He earned his degree in Finance from Boston University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Away from the office, Gautam enjoys playing soccer, tennis, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Aditi, their two daughters, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, London. Deeply committed to civic service and philanthropy, he is an active member of the Allendale Holiday Observers and serves as a board member for New Eyes, a historic nonprofit dedicated to empowering financially challenged individuals globally with the transformative tool of clear vision.
