Meet Randi

Randi Engelbrecht

Randi Engelbrecht

Founding Partner
Private Wealth Advisor

Randi Engelbrecht is a Founding Partner and Private Wealth Advisor at Radiance Private Wealth, where she helps individuals and families navigate financial decisions with clarity, confidence and care.

With more than 20 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations and family offices, Randi specializes in creating highly personalized financial plans that reflect each client’s goals, values and life circumstances. She has a particular passion for supporting women through major transitions–-whether divorce, loss, career change, midlife reinvention, retirement or a new chapter. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), helping women navigate the complex financial decisions that often accompany divorce.

Randi understands that life transitions are not just financial events; they are deeply personal turning points. Her approach combines comprehensive planning, investment guidance and wealth education with a thoughtful understanding of what clients are facing emotionally and practically. She helps women feel more informed, empowered and prepared to make decisions that support both their financial future and the life they want to build next.

Prior to founding Radiance Private Wealth, Randi was a partner and private client relationship advisor at Brown Advisory, following its partnership with Highmount Capital, where she served as a client service manager in the New York office. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of client services at Spruce Private Investors and also worked with institutional clients at Columbus Circle Investors.

Randi is an active member of her community and serves on the Board of Urban Arts, a nonprofit company that teaches game design as a pathway to college and careers for underrepresented students from low-income communities. Randi also serves on the Professional Advisory Board of Stamford Hospital Foundation. She graduated magna cum laude from Sacred Heart University with a degree in business administration.

Randi lives in Connecticut with her husband, Jonathan, their four children and their very large Bernese Mountain dog. When she is not working with clients or supporting nonprofit organizations, she can often be found on the tennis courts for a competitive game of family doubles.
